Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Contractor:

The Behavior Analyst is responsible for the development of clinical and educational programming for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.  Responsibilities include implementation of students’ IEP goals, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, development of Behavior Intervention Plans, and subsequent data analysis. In addition, the behavior analyst will act as the clinical leader to a team of therapists and classroom staff, providing guidance and training to those individuals. He/she will provide therapists, teachers, and parents with ongoing instruction, ensuring consistent implementation of student specific programming.

Education/Training: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Clinical Psychology, Special Education or a closely related field. Experience and training in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, Verbal Behavior and the application of behavior analytic interventions for students with autism and other developmental delays.

Certifications/Licensure: Current FBI fingerprint, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal History Checks, CPR/First Aid Certification, TB screening . Certification as a BCBA or BCaBA preferred.

ABA Therapist or PCA Contractor:

Available in all areas of Delaware County, Southern Chester County and Eastern Montgomery County offering highly competitive rates and flexible scheduling. 

ABA Therapists and PCAs are responsible for providing one-on-one interventions to children or adolescents in the home, school, day care, or other community setting. He/she will work under the guidance and leadership of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  Specific services include: direct instruction utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior, implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans, Social Skills training, data collection, collaboration with other team members serving each student, and support to families and school personnel.

Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or a closely related field. Experience working with students with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Certifications/Licensure: Current FBI Fingerprint, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal History Checks, CPR/First Aid Certification, TB screening

Internship Opportunities

Interns with Education Alternatives Work with BCBAs in the field serving the needs of children with Developmental Disabilities.  Our interns work closely with BCBAs while developing programming, analyzing data and working with direct ABA Therapists.
